The Student Success Program

This program improves the achievement, motivation and behavior of at risk students.  The program uses a step by step curriculum that builds the most important learning and success skills. 

Teacher Effectiveness Improvement 

Students today are described as being more disruptive, distracted, under motivated and less available for learning than ever.  This program provides teachers with easy to use, highly effective techniques for improving student behavior, motivation, learning and test taking skills.  Teachers receive easy to use 3 to 5 step, mnemonic  techniques to improve their instruction effectiveness skills.  The program builds a positive learning culture and common instruction philosophy in your school.  

The Behavior Improvement Program 

Misbehaving, disruptive and aggressive students frustrate teachers and interfere with classroom instruction.  This program provides teachers with an effective method for decreasing negative student behavior and increasing on task, learning time. Consequences, rewards, behavior skill instruction, a color level system, positive redirection and parent involvement are used to guide disruptive students.       

The FOCUS Success Program 

This program provides a step by step method for strengthening the on task, attention, self control, behavior, organization and learning skills of ADHD students. 

Special Services Effectiveness Program 

Special service and guidance staff constantly deal with teacher problems, student conflict and crisis.  Teachers expect support staff to wave a magic wand to instantly transform students. Handling crisis and getting teachers to follow through with recommendations can be intensely challenging.  This program guides special service staff in using research based techniques to improve classified student achievement, teacher inclusion skills and positive parent involvement.  

The Parent Support Program 

Teachers know that parents are a critical element in a student's success or failure.  Yet it is often very difficult to get parents involved in building their child's behavior, homework, learning and self discipline skills. On site parent presentations often only 'preach to the choir' of involved parents who are already providing positive guidance.  This program reaches parents in their homes.  It uses a variety of methods to guide parents in building their children’s success skills.  Once a month parent support meetings, daily and weekly parent emails, text messages, online check in, newsletter and voice messaging are used to get hard to reach parents actively involved in success skill building.    

The Teacher Consultation Program 

Teachers are stressed out and overwhelmed.  Many teachers need help and guidance in handling special needs students.  This program provides teachers with guidance in dealing with challenging students. The program uses weekly rounds, emails, online check in and/or telephone coaching sessions to give teachers the support they need.  Providing ongoing consultation helps teachers to implement effective solutions.    

Student Power Skill of the Week Program 

This program provides teachers with a weekly curriculum for strengthening student achievement.  The program takes only minutes of a teacher's time.  Teachers receive a  Student Power Skill of the Week, brief lesson plans and instructions on having students target critical goals.

Teacher Stress & Health Management

Educators today are under tremendous pressure.  They face tough demands and challenges.  Teachers are overwhelmed and stressed out.  District health care costs are enormous.  We offer an on site and/or an email curriculum program for improving teacher health.  Improving teacher and staff health decreases health care costs, insurance premiums and absences.  Improving teacher health improves productivity, morale and work effectiveness.  Teachers are provided with a method for achieving their most important health goals including weight loss, exercise, unhealthy habit control, smoking cessation, healthy diet and stress management.
