Dr. Rodger Goddard

Dr. Rodger Goddard created School Success Programs.  Dr. Goddard is a psychologist providing training, consultation and program development to school districts for over 25 years.  Dr. Goddard has authored and delivered thousands of on site training seminars for schools, parents, police, corporations, government agencies, health care facilities and community organizations.  

Dr. Goddard has worked with hundreds of public, private and parochial schools including: Union Township, Elizabeth, Roselle, Roselle Park, Bayonne, Jersey City, Clark, Cranford, Westfield, Rahway, South Orange Maplewood, Plainfield, Union County Special Services Commission, Newark, Summit, Monmouth, Union Essex Jointure Commission and many others.

Dr. Goddard has specialized in developing an array of innovative tools, techniques and programs for educators to use in today's challenging educational environment.  Dr. Goddard's training as a psychologist included an intensive exploration of the cognitive development, intelligence capacities and  learning resources of children. 

For over 24 years Dr. Goddard has served as Chief Psychologist at Trinitas Hospital, one of the largest psychiatry services in New Jersey.  Dr. Goddard is a licensed psychologist with extensive experience in school training and consultation.  Dr. Goddard's areas of expertize include ADHD, school, learning and behavior issues, family problems, anxiety, depression, couples counseling, teacher effectiveness and personal health improvement.  Dr. Goddard received his doctorate from City University of New York and interned at St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital in New York City.
